Our Church History

2 Supernatural Visions + A Word From God = A Church With No Limits…

Living Word Bible Church began in 1987 based on a word from the Lord for founding pastors Tom and Maureen Anderson. They received a word from God to build strong word and faith families and a training center for His glory. God had placed no limits on it, only the limits they placed. With that word and energy from God, they set out to build what they were shown.

From a small beginning in a 1400 square foot building in Apache Junction to the current 85,000 square foot facility in Mesa today, the vision has always remained the same.

On Easter of 2010 The Living Word's first satellite campus was opened here in Ahwatukee. It was launched by Pastors Scot and Jason Anderson. In December of that year, Pastors Jeff and Tammy Zubeck were asked to become the permanent pastors for the campus.

In October of 2011 the Scottsdale campus opened up -- meeting in the Doubletree Resort until God opened the doors in 2016 for a more permanent location. In the spring of 2020 Pastors Mark and Holly Earle were apppointed its permanent pastors..

In 2018 New Life church in Gilbert joined our family and became Living Word Gilbert. The Gilbert location is pastored by Pastors Paul and Christie Earle.
